Pourquoi avons nous choisi ce film ?

Intelligent, touchant, plein d'espoir... Patients a fait parlé de lui ces dernières années et s'est inscrit comme un film très populaire. Soyez prêt.e.s à passer très rapidement des larmes aux éclats de rires, ou de l'empathie à l'incompréhension. Patients est un de ces films qui restera un peu avec vous pendant plusieurs jours, auquel vous continuerez à penser après l'avoir visionné. Bref, un film que l'on vous conseille fortement !

Synopsis:

Suite à un grave accident de sport dans une piscine, Ben, devenu tétraplégique incomplet, arrive dans un centre de rééducation. Il fait la rencontre d'autres handicapés (tétraplégiques, paraplégiques, traumatisés crâniens), tous victimes d'accidents, ainsi qu'une personne en situation de handicap depuis sa petite enfance. Entre impuissance, désespoir et résignation, dans la lutte quotidienne pour réapprendre à bouger un doigt ou tenir une fourchette, quelques-uns retrouvent lentement un peu de mobilité tandis que d'autres reçoivent le verdict du handicap à vie. Malgré tout, l'espoir et l'amitié les aident à supporter leurs difficultés.

Synopsis:

Following a serious accident in a swimming pool, Ben, who has become a quadriplegic, arrives in a rehabilitation center. He meets others with dissabilites (quadriplegics, paraplegics, head trauma...) all victims of accidents, as well as a person with dissability since childhood. Between helplessness, despair and resignation, in the daily struggle to relearn how to move a finger or hold a fork, some slowly regain some mobility while others recieve the verdict of life long dissability. Despite everything, hope and friendship help them endure their difficulties.
